Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 26, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how LB Supply Co. (operated by
Labelle Digital LLC, “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information
when you visit our website, submit a request, or use our sourcing, liquidations, or client-portal services
(together, the “Services”). By using the Services you agree to this Policy.
Information we collect
Information you give us
- Account & onboarding. When you set up an operator account we collect your name,
email, phone, business name, and the profile details you provide — such as your deployable-capital range,
monthly-sales range, marketplaces, prep setup, brands you’re ungated in, categories, and any notes. Your
password is stored only as a salted hash; we never see it in plain text.
- Quote & buy-list requests. Your contact details, company, buy list, and destination.
- Liquidation submissions. Your contact details, the inventory description, estimated
units, location, asking price, and any manifest files or photos you upload.
- Orders, invoices & payment records. The details of quotes, orders, and invoices in
your account, and records of payments (method, reference, amount, notes). We do not collect or
store full payment-card numbers on this website — payments are arranged and recorded separately
(for example by wire, ACH, or a payment method you provide directly).
- Communications. Anything you send us by email, form, or message.
Information collected automatically
- Log & device data. Standard server logs such as IP address, browser type, pages
viewed, and timestamps, used for security and to operate the site.
- Cookies. We use only essential cookies required for the site to work —
a session cookie to keep you signed in and a security (CSRF) cookie. We do not currently use advertising
or third-party analytics cookies. If we add analytics or marketing cookies in the future, we will update
this Policy and provide any required controls or banner.
How we use your information
- Provide and operate the Services — match and supply deals, prepare quotes, orders, and invoices, and
run the client portal.
- Communicate with you about your account, requests, deals, and support.
- Evaluate liquidation lots and make cash offers.
- Maintain security, prevent fraud and abuse, and debug and improve the Services.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:
- With service providers that help us run the Services under confidentiality
obligations — for example website hosting, file storage for uploaded manifests and photos
(Cloudflare R2), internal notifications (Slack), and email delivery. They may process your
information only on our behalf.
- For legal reasons — to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, or protect the
rights, safety, and property of you, us, or others.
- In a business transfer — if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of
assets, subject to this Policy.
Data retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the Services, maintain business and financial records,
and meet legal obligations, then delete or de-identify it. Retention periods vary by record type
(for example, tax and invoice records are kept longer).
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of
transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices & rights
You can ask us to access, correct, update, or delete your information, or to close your account, by
contacting us at support@lbdigital.info. Depending on where you live (for example
California or the EU/UK), you may have additional rights — such as to access, delete, correct, or port your
data, or to opt out of certain processing — which we will honor as required by applicable law. We will not
discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
Third-party sites
The Services link to third-party sites and platforms we don’t control (for example marketplaces, retailers,
and our platform partner). Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
Children
The Services are for businesses and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information
from anyone under 18.
Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the new version here and update the “Last updated”
date. Material changes may be communicated by additional notice.
